About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized Operations + Program Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of operations, people coordination, and communications.
You’ll help ensure systems run smoothly behind the scenes and serve as a key connector across clients, staff, county partners, and the broader community—while also playing an active role in strengthening our social media presence and storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, working independently, and using initiative to expand an organization’s visibility and impact.
Manage client referrals, onboarding, scheduling, and service coordination.
Process payroll, invoicing, accounts payable, and CLTS/IRIS billing processes.
Support the Executive Director as needed with policies, recordkeeping, Board reporting, and special projects.
Serve as a go-to administrative resource for staff and contractors.
Communications + Community Engagement (20%)
Build authentic relationships and engagement across social media platforms and online communities.
Create, schedule, and manage content across social media, newsletters, websites, and outreach channels.
Experience with and interest in nonprofit operations, administration, HR, bookkeeping, social media content creation and engagement, and/or communications.
Comfort using platforms such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, payroll systems (such as Gusto), and CRM tools, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and handle basic troubleshooting as needed.
Strong organization and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and maintain confidentiality.
Alignment with YogAutism’s mission and values.
